1 Kor 4: 5.Älkää siis tuomitko ennenaikaisesti, ennen kuin Herra tulee. Hän valaisee pimeyden kätköt ja tuo esiin sydänten ajatukset, ja silloin itse kukin saa kiitoksen Jumalalta.  Matt. 7:1;

    1 Kor 3: 8 Istuttaja ja kastelija ovat samassa työssä, mutta kumpikin saa palkan oman työnsä mukaan. 13 aikanaan tulee ilmi, mitä kukin on saanut aikaan. Tuomiopäivä sen paljastaa: se päivä ilmestyy tulenliekeissä, ja tuli koettelee, millainen itse kunkin aikaansaannos on.
