Luuk 12:6-7 Raamattu 1933/38
6 Eikö viittä varpusta myydä
kahteen ropoon? Eikä Jumala ole yhtäkään niistä unhottanut.
7 Ovatpa teidän päänne hiuksetkin
kaikki luetut. Älkää peljätkö; te olette suurempiarvoiset kuin monta varpusta.
6 Are not
five sparrows sold for two [a]copper coins? Yet not one of them has [ever] been
forgotten in the presence of God. 7 Indeed the very hairs of your head are
all numbered. Do not be afraid; you are far more valuable than many sparrows.
Footnotes Luke
12:6 Gr assarion, a Roman coin equal to a 16th of a denarius (the denarius was
counted as a day’s wages for an unskilled worker).
Luke 12:6-7 New
Living Translation

the price of five sparrows—two copper coins[a]? Yet God does not forget a
single one of them. 7 And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So
don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows.
