Room. 1:16-17
Sillä minä en häpeä evankeliumia; sillä se on Jumalan voima, itsekullekin uskovalle pelastukseksi, juutalaiselle ensin, sitten myös kreikkalaiselle. Sillä siinä Jumalan vanhurskaus ilmestyy uskosta uskoon, niinkuin kirjoitettu on: "Vanhurskas on elävä uskosta".
