”Älköön teidän sydämenne olko levoton. Uskokaa Jumalaan, uskokaa myös minuun.
Minun Isäni kodissa on monta huonetta.
Ellei niin olisi, sanoisinko teille, että menen valmistamaan teille sijaa? Vaikka minä menenkin valmistamaan teille sijaa, tulen takaisin ja otan teidät luokseni, että tekin olisitte siellä, missä minä olen. Ja minne minä menen, tien sinne te tiedätte.””

Ja halatkaa niinkuin vastasyntyneet lapset sanan väärentämätöntä maitoa, että te sen kautta kasvaisitte pelastukseen, jos "olette maistaneet, että Herra on hyvä".

”Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good.” 1 Peter 2:2-3 NIV
”Like newborn babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure (unadulterated) spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto [completed] salvation, Since you have [already] tasted the goodness and kindness of the Lord. [Ps. 34:8.]” 1 Peter 2:2-3 AMPC
”Instead, you should want to learn about God more and more. New babies always want their mothers' milk, which makes them grow strong. God's true message is like good food that will make you strong in your spirits. Learn more about God every day, so that you continue to grow as believers.
