08.07. 2 Kor 5:17-21, Ef 3:12

2 Kor 5:17 Jos siis joku on Kristuksessa, hän

on uusi luomus. Vanha on kadonnut,

uusi on tullut tilalle! Jes. 43:18,19;

Gal. 6:15; Kol. 3:11

18. Kaikki tämä on Jumalasta, joka

Kristuksen kautta on sovittanut meidät

itsensä kanssa ja antanut meille

sovituksen viran. Room. 5:10; 2. Kor. 3:6;

1. Joh. 4:10

19. Sillä Jumala oli Kristuksessa ja

sovitti maailman itsensä kanssa eikä

lukenut ihmisille heidän rikkomuksiaan,

ja hän uskoi meille sovituksen

sanan. Ps. 32:2; Room. 3:24,25, 4:8; Kol. 1:20

20. Kristuksen puolesta me siis olemme

lähettiläitä, ja Jumala kehottaa

meidän kauttamme. Me pyydämme

Kristuksen puolesta: antakaa sovittaa

itsenne Jumalan kanssa. Jes. 45:22, 52:7;

1. Kor. 4:1

21. Hänet, joka ei synnistä tiennyt,

Jumala teki meidän tähtemme synniksi,

jotta me hänessä tulisimme Jumalan

vanhurskaudeksi. Jes. 53:6,9,12;

1. Piet. 2:22

2. Kor. 6:1. Jumalan työtovereina me kehotamme

teitä ottamaan vastaan Jumalan

armon niin, ettei se jää turhaksi.

1. Kor. 3:9; 2. Kor. 1:24, 5:20

2. Sanoohan hän:

”Sopivalla ajalla minä olen sinua

kuullut

ja pelastuksen päivänä sinua

auttanut.”

Nyt on sopiva aika, nyt on pelastuksen

päivä. Jes. 49:8; Luuk. 4:18,19;Room. 13:12

2 Corinthians 5:17-21Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
17 Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!
18 But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him].
19 It was God [personally present] in Christ, reconciling and restoring the world to favor with Himself, not counting up and holding against [men] their trespasses [but cancelling them], and committing to us the message of reconciliation (of the restoration to favor).
20 So we are Christ’s ambassadors, God making His appeal as it were through us. We [as Christ’s personal representatives] beg you for His sake to lay hold of the divine favor [now offered you] and be reconciled to God.
21 For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [[
a]endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].
2 Corinthians 6:1-2Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
6 Laboring together [as God’s fellow workers] with Him then, we beg of you not to receive the grace of God in vain [that [
a]merciful kindness by which God exerts His holy influence on souls and turns them to Christ, keeping and strengthening them—do not receive it to no purpose].
For He says, In the time of favor (of an assured welcome) I have listened to and heeded your call, and I have helped you on the day of deliverance (the day of salvation). Behold, now is truly the time for a gracious welcome and acceptance [of you from God]; behold, now is the day of salvation!

Ef 3:12 Ephesians 3:12Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
12 In Whom, because of our faith in Him, we dare to have the boldness (courage and confidence) of free access (an unreserved approach to God with freedom and without fear).
