”Mutta te, rakkaani, rakentakaa itseänne pyhimmän uskonne perustukselle ja rukoilkaa Pyhässä Hengessä ja niin pysykää Jumalan rakkaudessa odottaessanne Herramme Jeesuksen Kristuksen laupeutta iankaikkiseksi elämäksi. Armahtakaa niitä, jotka epäilevät.
Mutta hänelle, joka voi varjella teidät lankeamasta ja asettaa teidät kirkkautensa eteen nuhteettomina ja riemuitsevina, hänelle, ainoalle Jumalalle, meidän pelastajallemme, Herramme Jeesuksen Kristuksen kautta, hänelle kunnia, majesteettius, voima ja valta, ennen aikojen alkua ja nyt ja iankaikkisesti.
