Jesaja 55:1-2 FINRK ”Kuulkaa, kaikki janoiset!

Jesajan 55:1-2 Raamattu 1933/38 55 Kuulkaa, kaikki janoavaiset, tulkaa veden ääreen.

Isaiah 55:1-2 Amplified Bible The Free Offer of Mercy 55 “Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; And you who have no money come, buy grain and eat.Come, buy wine and milk Without money and without cost [simply accept it as a gift from God].

16.11.2021 Joh 13:34-35

John 13:34-35 Amplified Bible 34 I am giving you a new commandment, that you [a]love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too are to love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you have love and unselfish concern for one another.”
Footnotes John 13:34 The key to understanding this and other statements about love is to know that this love (the Greek word agape) is not so much a matter of emotion as it is of doing things for the benefit of another person, that is, having an unselfish concern for another and a willingness to seek the best for another.
