Mene sinä viemään sanaa veljilleni ja sano heille, että minä nousen oman Isäni ja teidän Isänne luo, oman Jumalani ja teidän Jumalanne luo.»18 Magdalan Maria riensi opetuslasten luo ja ilmoitti: »Minä olen nähnyt Herran!» Sitten hän kertoi, mitä Herra oli hänelle sanonut.
