32:5 Minä tunnustin sinulle syntini enkä
peittänyt pahoja tekojani; minä sanoin: "Minä tunnustan Herralle
rikokseni", ja sinä annoit anteeksi minun syntivelkani. Sela.32:6 Sentähden rukoilkoot sinua kaikki
hurskaat aikana, jona sinut löytää voidaan. Vaikka suuret vedet tulvisivat,
eivät ne heihin ulotu. 32:7 Sinä olet minun suojani, sinä

Ps. 32:5 Sentähden minä tunnustan sinun
edessäs syntini, ja en peitä pahoja tekojani. Minä sanoin: minä tunnustan
Herralle pahat tekoni; niin sinä annoit anteeksi syntini vääryyden, Sela! 32:6 Tämän tähden pitää kaikkein
pyhäin sinua rukoileman oikialla ajalla: sentähden kuin suuret vedenpaisumiset
tulevat, ei he niihin ulotu. Ps. 32:7 Sinä olet minun varjelukseni,
kätke minua murheesta, että minä pelastettuna sangen riemuisesti kerskaisin,

muulit, joilla ei ymmärrystä ole, joille pitää suitset ja ohjat suuhun
pantaman, ellei he lähene sinua. Ps. 32:10 Jumalattomalla on monta
vitsausta; mutta joka Herraan toivoo, hänen hyvyys ympäri piirittää. Ps. 32:11 Riemuitkaat teitänne Herrassa,

annoit anteeksi pahat tekoni, otit pois syntieni taakan. (sela) Rukoilkoot
kaikki palvelijasi sinua hädän hetkellä. Vaikka suuret vedet tulvisivat, ne
eivät heihin ulotu. Sinä olet minulle turvapaikka, sinä varjelet minut
vaarasta. Riemuhuudot kajahtavat ympärilläni, kun sinä autat ja pelastat.

mutta Herran armo ympäröi sen, joka häneen turvaa. Iloitkaa ja riemuitkaa
Herrasta, te vanhurskaat! Kohottakaa riemuhuuto, te oikeamieliset!”

acknowledged my sin to You, And I did not hide my wickedness; I said, “I will
confess [all] my transgressions to the LORD ”; And You forgave the guilt of my
sin. Selah. Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You [for forgiveness]
in a time when You [are near and] may be found; Surely when the great waters
[of trial and distressing times] overflow they will not reach [the spirit in]
him. You are my hiding place; You, LORD, protect me from trouble; You surround
me with songs and shouts of deliverance. Selah. I will instruct you and teach
you in the way you should go; I will counsel you [who are willing to learn]
with My eye upon you. Do not be like the horse or like the mule which have no
understanding, Whose trappings include bridle and rein to hold them in check, Otherwise
they will not come near to you. Many are the sorrows of the wicked, But he who
trusts in and relies on the LORD shall be surrounded with compassion and
lovingkindness. Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, you righteous [who actively
seek right standing with Him]; Shout for joy, all you upright in heart.”

is told]–then You [instantly] forgave me the guilt and iniquity of my sin.
Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]! For this [forgiveness] let everyone
who is godly pray–pray to You in a time when You may be found; surely when the
great waters [of trial] overflow, they shall not reach [the spirit in] him. You
are a hiding place for me; You, Lord, preserve me from trouble, You surround me
with songs and shouts of deliverance. Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]!
I [the Lord] will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will
counsel you with My eye upon you. Be not like the horse or the mule, which lack
understanding, which must have their mouths held firm with bit and bridle, or
else they will not come with you. Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but he who
trusts in, relies on, and confidently leans on the Lord shall be compassed
about with mercy and with loving-kindness. Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you
[uncompromisingly] righteous [you who are upright and in right standing with
Him]; shout for joy, all you upright in heart!”

myself, "I will confess my rebellion to the LORD." And you forgave me! All my guilt is

that they may not drown in the floodwaters of judgment.For you are my
hiding place; you protect me from
trouble. You surround me with songs of
